From Branding to Marketing & Content Creation
My work with a Gujarat-based FinTech start-up has resulted in an 18% increase in social presence month over month for a continuous 7 months.
This is a direct result of our content marketing strategy, which focused on creating a purpose driven engaging content that would resonate with a targeted audience. We were also able to use our social media management tools to monitor the performance of these posts and make adjustments as needed. I worked with one of the largest general insurance companies in the world - Reliance GI, on an email marketing campaign. I was tasked with improving the open and click rate of their email marketing campaigns. My first step was to take a look at the data from their previous campaigns. I found that the campaigns had an average of 8-12% open rate, which is very low for email marketing. I found that the average click rate was 6%.
My solution was to create a database driven email marketing campaign that would allow them to target specific audiences based on keywords and attributes like location, interests, etc. This gave them much more control over who saw what message and when—that resulted in 32-46% open rates and 8-14% click rates.
